Travel-policy
Set limits, not just financial ones
Travel-policy serves to limit unnecessary expenses, reduce budget expenses and is an excellent tool for the safe organization of travel processes. The introduction of a travel policy allows you to transfer the organization of business trips directly to employees, because it will not be possible to deceive the system and all the requirements of the company in terms of cost and form of services will be met.
Travel-policy is located in the section My company
Users with certain access rights can create and edit a travel-policy and define it for employees.

You can create a travel-policy for airline tickets, train tickets, and stays.
You can create different rules for different employees, depending on their position or other criteria.

Policy, which is defined by default, will apply to all employees of the company. If a different travel policy is defined for a department or employee, then it will take precedence.

Rules, that you can customise are incredibly flexible and will suit any level of requirement.
Rule blocks can be combined with each other, included together or separately.

How to assign policy to employees?
Travel-policy can be assigned to each employee in his profile, assigned to a department, and set to be unified for the entire company.

Ascending priority is as follows - default policy, department policy, employee policy.
How to understand if the travel policy is violated?
When searching for services, you will see TP icons in each of the options found when searching for flights, train tickets or stays:

Green icon - travel policy is not violated
Red icon - travel policy violated

When you hover over the icon, you will see what exactly is violated. Even a variant with a violation can be booked, but it's registration may require approval, it all depends on the settings of the approval scheme.
