How can we get reporting documents if we haven't set up the integration with Tumodo yet?
All copies of reporting documents are generated automatically and stored in your personal account, in the «Finance» section. Original copies can be obtained via EDI.
Do you provide flight certificates? If yes, how?
Yes, to receive flight information, submit your request to your personal service manager. We receive data from the airline’s system and provide information on the flight. The document is uploaded to your personal account and is available for download directly in the trip window.
