We're just as curious about you as we hope you are about us. Here's a walkthrough of what our typical hiring process looks like at Tumodo - it may look a little different depending on the role, but you'll always know what to expect.
Intro call
A relaxed first conversation with member of our Talent team. We'll tell you everything you need to know about the role, the team, and what we're building. We'll also want to hear about your background and what you're looking for next.
Interview
You'll meet the team you'd potentially be working with, along with a few folks from across the business. Expect a mix of questions about your experience and how you approach your work. We'll brief you on what to expect beforehand so you can come prepared.
A task or follow up chat
Some roles include a short assignment or an extra conversation. This gives us a clearer picture of how you think and work - and gives you a better feel for what the day-to-day actually looks like.
Decision and Reference checks
Once we've finished our final conversation, we'll connect with a couple of your references to hear more about what you've built and contributed. We're just as focused on how we can support your next chapter as we are on finding the right person for the role.
