This section contains all the key functions and main navigation elements:

  • trips subject to approval;
  • advance reports for approval;
  • services in reserve;
  • services awaiting cancellation;
  • employee tracker on the map;
  • upcoming trips.
By clicking on the block of any upcoming trip, you can download its Travel Plan in the pop-up window on the right.

Messenger Features

In the messenger you can conduct three types of conversations:
  • Service message (between you and the support team)
  • Conversation within the trip (between you, the support team and all trip participants)
  • Contacting a virtual assistant (conversation with AI based on ChatGPT)

The messenger interface allows you to attach files, select a specific message to reply to or end the conversation.
